Marlin is committed to its continuous on-going improvements in its desire for optimal sustainability. Not only do we feel responsible for our own activities, we also look to work with our partners to improve theirs.

Continuous review on new sustainable products and materials is part of our process. Our own principles revolve around reduction, re-using materials and recycling. We look to obtain raw materials from responsible and certified suppliers, transport goods in the most effective manner and comply with all relevant environmental legislation. We feel it is extremely important to take environmental issues seriously and aim to lower both your and our own carbon footprint throughout our processes. Any fit out will have an impact on the environment, however working responsibly with our designers, pre-construction teams, estimators and project managers will minimise harm.

Sustainable development is about making sure that people throughout the world can satisfy their basic needs, while making sure that future generations can also look forward to the same quality of life. Sustainable development recognises that the three pillars – the economy, society and the environment – are interconnected.

The government has initiated a series of growth reviews to put the UK on a path to strong, sustainable and balanced growth. Our long-term economic growth relies on protecting and enhancing the environmental resources that underpin it and paying due regard to social needs.

At Marlin, we will continue our commitment to sustainability.
